Rob White is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Bromborough, specialising in persistent motivation, nutritional guidance, and supporting clients with special populations. Based at PureGym Wirral Bromborough, he helps people build lasting strength in both body and mind — serving Bromborough, Eastham, and Bebington.

I started training young — but it was only after qualifying as a personal trainer that I truly understood how the body adapts, why nutrition matters as much as the lift itself, and how the right system turns effort into outcome. I want you to capitalise on every bit of effort you put in.

I'm also a 1st Dan black belt in TaeKwonDo and a national champion. Like any athlete, I've had ups and downs. What's kept me coming back is honest — and it's the same thing I offer my clients.

Exercise was difficult when I was first diagnosed. Now it's the reason for my success in living with it.

I live with a mental health condition, and that gives me genuine insight into helping others in similar situations. You don't need to have been through it yourself — plenty of my clients haven't — but if you have, you'll know you're not being judged, rushed, or handed a copy-paste programme.

I will always be a person someone can talk to — whether you're a client of mine or not.
